If you are a writer, you only need to create your own profile. The mandatory information is your pen name and BIO. A good BIO helps your readers to know more about you.
If you are a publisher, you need to create your own profile and the writer's profiles. The writer's profiles will be under your account so you can manage them later. The mandatory information needed is your Publisher name, your BIO, the writer's pen names and BIOs.
Optionally you can provide a photo (.jpg, .png, or .gif file, minimum resolution 128 x 128). We recommend you provide your website URL, your blog URL, your Twitter URL, and your Facebook URL if you have them because with these information we'll be able to help promote you and your books easier.
You can update your profile by returning to the Edit Profile page at any time. -
Before uploading your work please read Publishing Agreement to make sure you agree with the terms and read Submission Guidelines to prepare your book in Microsoft Word.
When you are ready, provide the following information on the Upload Book page:- Book title, category, and synopsis of your book (128 - 2048 characters)
- Tags (keywords) for people to search. You can define multiple tags by adding one at a time
- Specify whether your book contains adult content or not
- Specify whether your book is complete or ongoing
- Book price and chapters as free sample
Right after submission, your book status is "Pending". You can refresh the Summary page every few minutes until the status changes to "Active" or choose to receive a confirmation email.

After your book status changes to "Active" on the Summary page, select "Preview book" or "Preview sample" in the "Tools" dropdown. That's how your book will be displayed on eReaders, although some minor rendering differences may occur on some eReaders.

If you see warnings or errors in 'Status', you may want to verify your book and double check the Submission Guidelines to see if you need to adjust your Word document and submit a new version.
To submit a new version of your Word file, go to the Summary page and click the book image or title or click the "Tools" dropdown and select "Edit book" then upload the new version.
